    Fairies

    What do we really know about fairies? I have seen them depicted in may ways. They can either be good, bad, evil, helpful or destructive. Where did the fairy concept come from? I would like to think that all fairies are like Cinderella's fairy Godmother or Tinkerbell from Peter Pan.

    I watched my first episode of Grimm last night and really enjoyed it. It was a rerun but this is my first opportunity to see it. I still prefer Once Upon a Time but Grimm would come in second.

    This character appeared in the Eragon Series. She was the fairy elf that sent Saphira's egg to Eragon. I cannot find her as a Mythological Character. Is it one that the author just made up?

    More on vampires

    Have you noticed since the popularity of the "Twilight" series and the movies, there are tons of vampire books out there? Seems like many are trying to ride the coat tails of Stephanie Meyer. I picked up a Nora Roberts the other day and it was about vampires. Enough!!!

    I am currently reading a fiction book about unicorns in which they are described as being horrible, blood thirsty creatures that can only be killed by virgins. I can find nothing saying that they are horrible but then again, this book is fiction.
